Can you guarantee me jobs?

No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. What I guarantee is that you'll look professional and show up properly on Google. Your reviews and your work do the rest.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and everything on the site is yours. I just look after the technical side. If you ever leave, it all goes with you.

What does the monthly fee actually cover?

On Found: hosting, security, updates, your Google profile kept accurate, and small changes whenever you need them. On Growth: all of that, plus I run your reviews for you — every customer asked, every review answered — and send you a one-page report each month showing what your profile actually did. On Full: everything in Growth, plus ten social posts a month with the graphics and captions done for you.

Do you only work with businesses near you?

No — I work with businesses anywhere in the UK. The whole job is done over WhatsApp and email, so where you are makes no difference to what you get.

How fast can it be live?

Your website is typically live within one week of getting your details. Your Google profile is submitted in that same week and is usually live shortly after — Google usually verifies businesses by video these days, and takes a few days to review it, which is the one part of the job nobody can put a date on. I'd rather tell you that up front than promise you a day Google controls.

How do I get more Google reviews?

You ask every customer, every time — and I send you the message to fire over after a job, with your review link in it, so it takes seconds. What I won't do is filter them. Sending people through a feedback form first, or only asking the ones you think are happy, is against Google's rules, and businesses doing it have had their reviews deleted. Asking everyone honestly is simpler, and it's the way that lasts.
